El Paso RAC #90 and Joe F. Paige #149 Zerubbabel Day Celebration
Picture
Summary of the event to include:
Who: Joe F. Paige #149 and El Paso Holy Royal Arch #90
What: Zerubbabel Day 2026
When: 11 April 2026
Where: 3231 E. Wyoming Ave, El Paso Texas
Why: The Zerubbabel Day observance held in El Paso, Texas on 11 April
2026 brought together Companions and distinguished guests from across the
West Region for a meaningful celebration of Capitular heritage. Hosted by
Joe F. Paige Chapter No. 149, the event featured strong representation from
Chapter 90 and Chapter 149, whose members gathered in unity to honor
the legacy of Zerubbabel and the enduring principles of leadership,
perseverance, and spiritual rebuilding. Adding to the significance of the
occasion, Magnolia Court No. 28 was also in attendance, accompanied by
the Grand Most Ancient Matron for the State of Texas, Lucille Samuel,
whose presence underscored the collaborative spirit shared across the
Masonic family.
The program was conducted with dignity under the guidance of PGHP
Bernard Samuel, who served as Master of Ceremonies and ensured the
proceedings flowed with reverence and purpose. A highlight of the event was
the sermon, ministered by Reverend Tim Woodard, whose message
connected the trials and triumphs of Zerubbabel to the modern Masonic
journey, inspiring attendees to continue building with integrity and faith. The gathering
strengthened fraternal bonds, honored longstanding traditions, and
left all present with a renewed sense of commitment to the Craft and its
timeless teachings. https://elpasoholyroyalarch.com/

RAC #90 El Paso Tx. Cap and Gown Donation 2026

Who: El Paso Holy Royal Arch #90
What: Cap and Gown Donation 2026
When: 1 May 2026
Where: 14400 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso Texas
Why: El Paso Holy Royal Arch Chapter No. 90 continued its longstanding commitment to educational support this year by donating ten brand‑new caps and gowns to graduating seniors at Pebble Hills High School. This contribution reflects the chapter’s ongoing mission to uplift young people in the community and ensure that every student can participate fully in one of the most meaningful milestones of their academic journey.

The donation was coordinated in partnership with the school’s guidance counselor, who helped identify students in need and facilitated the delivery of the regalia. For many families, the cost of graduation attire can be an unexpected burden. By stepping in to provide these essential items, the chapter helped remove a barrier that might otherwise prevent students from experiencing their graduation day with pride and confidence. The gesture was not only practical but deeply symbolic—an affirmation that every student deserves to walk the stage with dignity.

During the visit, Pebble Hills High School presented El Paso Holy Royal Arch Chapter No. 90 with a Certificate of Appreciation. This recognition highlighted not only the cap‑and‑gown donation but also the chapter’s consistent involvement with the school over the past five years. Throughout this period, the chapter has supported various student‑focused initiatives, demonstrating a sustained dedication to service rather than a one‑time act of generosity. The certificate served as a heartfelt acknowledgment of the chapter’s positive impact and the meaningful relationships built with students, staff, and the broader school community.

Members of the chapter expressed that the recognition was humbling, emphasizing that their efforts are driven by a desire to serve rather than to be celebrated. Still, the certificate stands as a testament to the chapter’s reliability and the trust it has earned through years of steady engagement. It also reinforces the importance of community partnerships in helping schools meet the diverse needs of their students.

The donation of caps and gowns may seem like a small gesture on the surface, but its significance runs deep. Graduation is a moment of transition, pride, and accomplishment. By ensuring that ten more students could participate fully in that moment, El Paso Holy Royal Arch Chapter No. 90 helped create memories that will stay with those graduates for a lifetime. The chapter’s actions reflect a belief that when a community invests in its youth, everyone benefits.

As the chapter looks ahead, its members remain committed to continuing their work with Pebble Hills High School and other institutions across El Paso. Their ongoing service stands as an example of how local organizations can make a meaningful difference—one student, one project, and one act of generosity at a time. https://elpasoholyroyalarch.com/
